AFTER - SALE

Our company does never abandon the customers after completion of the sale-trade and acquiring ownership papers. Although our job as intermediaries in the real estate sales should end at this point, we are completely aware that our customers could hardly handle the following visits in our country. You need various services, involving going to public administration offices, traveling to the properties, initial introduction to and communication with the local authorities, etc. This is why we have developed the “after-sale services”.
Our customers constantly and continuously take advantage of these and it is our pleasure to place them at your disposal:

1. Pick-up from the airport –
from 08 until 20 o’clock – 10 € + transport charges 0.20 €/km;
from 20 until 02 o’clock – 15 € + transport charges 0.20 €/km.

2. Visiting your purchased property with a representative and a translator – 20 € + transport charges 0.20 €/km.
3. Assistance for submitting papers in the local authorities offices – 20 € charge per day for a translator.

4. Assistance from a construction specialist and a translator for evaluating the current condition of a newly purchased property – 30 € per day + transport charges 0.20 €/km.

5. Translating documents by a certified translator:
a/ Title deeds – 50 €;
b/ Visas – 10 € per page;
c/ Company documents – 10 € per page;
d/ Contracts/Agreements – 10 € per page;

6. Translation services during unscheduled visits to your properties in reconstruction – 20 € + transport charges 0.20 €/km.

7. In case some documents for company registration (BULSTAT Card, Court’s Decision for company incorporation, Minutes of meeting, Notarial deeds, Plan of purchased property) get lost, then the charge for their recovery will be 250 euros.

8. Regular expert checks for critical problems in vacant properties will be carried out after the closing of the purchase and upon concluding a contract for this purpose. The contract stipulates the regular tasks assigned to the property manager to effect on behalf of the property owner, and pursuant to this contract, the property manager will provide for the inspection of the sustainability of the property and its current condition, along with all the installations, equipment, furniture, etc., as well as its courtyards, accesses and so on. Such contracts can be signed for any kind of property in terms of its condition, area, location, and distance from our offices. The annual charge includes transport expenses to the property and back, remuneration for specialists, written report and photos. On the basis of these inspections, the experts will recommend for urgent repair or regular works to be executed. The annual charge is 300 euros
